			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I suffer from sensitive skin and believe me using anything other than sensitive skin care products is a nightmare waiting to happen.</p>
<p>I hate the fact that I can use the same moisturiser for years and then suddenly the manufacturer either decides to add a new ingredient or else stops making the product altogether.  I can&#8217;t just slap any old product onto my skin  the raw red itchy look not being my idea of fashion.</p>
<p>If you have sensitive skin, I am sure that you are aware of certain triggers that can set off a reaction.  Christmas and Easter are a nightmare for me but it took me a long time to work out why.  I thought it was the stress of dealing with the whole family but it was the chocolate.  Sugar, well more specifically overdosing on sugar makes my skin go nuts.  I come out in a rash and nothing can make it look better.   So over the years I have learned to curb my intake.</p>
<p>Always approach new products with caution if you have skin prone to allergic reactions.  I have learned the hard way that it is a good idea to do a skin test before covering my face in a new cream, toner or cleanser.  And also don&#8217;t assume that because your skin is ok with the cleanser, the toner and moisturiser will be fine.  They might not be and if you start using all three products at once, you won&#8217;t know what caused the reaction.</p>
<p>I guess you are also an expert on reading product labels  if you aren&#8217;t you need to be.  I know that lanolin makes my skin react like a red traffic light so I avoid it. But a lot of sensitive skin care products contain this ingredient.</p>
<p>Some people will tell you that you can help sensitive skin by drinking camomile and nettle tea.  Personally I have never been that desperate but if you like herbal teas, you may find this helps.  I have tried putting camomile facemasks and moisturisers on my face and they worked a treat.  Cucumber is another good food to apply to your skin as it calms down a reaction.  Just don&#8217;t put it near your eyes.</p>
<p>On the subject of face masks, never use one for oily or combination skin.  They are designed to deal with excess oil, something our skin type could do with more of.</p>
<p>The more stressed and tired you are, the more your skin is likely to react so make sure you look after yourself. Sometimes we are so busy running around that we don&#8217;t make time for our daily skin care routine. You may have got away with that as a teenager but for anyone over 25, you need to cleanse, tone and moisturise every day. And always take your makeup off before going to bed even if you bought the sensitive skin care product. You will thank me when you are older!</p>

Cost and time are often why people are now seeking out treatment via the internet rather than with their doctors or healthcare professional. </p>
<p>Seeking treatment via the internet is cheaper, saves time, and is more immediate than calling to make an appointment at a later date with your doctor which will result in healthcare costs and usually time spent away from work. Although this appears to be a trend, it is not recommended for individuals with moderate to severe forms of depression and anxiety. </p>
<p>One of the reasons this form of treatment may be so successful is that it is convenient and it self-motivating. The &#8220;patients&#8221; are forced to rely on themselves for motivation to post their results online. This allows them to be responsible for their own thoughts and treatment. It allows them to be more in control of their lives. </p>
<p>Computers do not get distracted so each person can focus on their progress individually. It appears that people are almost more motivated to beat their depression and anxiety via this form of treatment than others. Some people are able to open up more because of the anonymity of the internet. </p>
<p>You can divulge your fears, stressors, frustrations, and aggravations all the while remaining anonymous to the masses. People are more prone to breaking down their barriers and revealing their true selves when they can still hide behind the curtain of the internet. The computer can be turned off but people cannot. It is easier to walk away from the computer than a face to face interaction.      </p>
<p>Research has also found that psychiatrists, psychologists, and therapists will not be out of a job any time soon. Many patients still seek and crave the one on one interaction therapy can offer. Even group therapy is still needed for those that need the social interactions. What is being suggested is that internet treatments can be used in conjunction with the tried and true methods of therapy and medications to enhance their effectiveness. </p>
<p>One of the downfalls to treatment via internet is the isolation factor. Research has shown that internet use has drastically increased in recent years and, for some individuals, has turned into an addiction. Many longitudinal studies have shown that increased internet use has led to decreased social interaction with their own family. </p>
<p>This means that they are isolating themselves from the very people who may be able to help them the most. This decreased social interaction led to increased thoughts of loneliness, despair, and sadness. Due to these findings, it is imperative that more research be done on the effects of internet use and depression.   </p>
<p>Regardless of what methods of treatment you decide to pursue, you should always consult with your doctor to make sure these treatments are right for you.</p>

More than likely your story is going to be the same. You have to sit at a desk in front of a computer for hours and hours a day. You may also have a long commute to work and have to sit for another hour or two while traveling to and from work. Much of the problem comes from having to sit for far too long. There might not be much you can do about those things but there are things that you can know how to relieve pain in lower back and do it easily.</p>
<p>The first thing that you can do when learning how to relieve pain in lower back is force yourself to get up and move around. Take some time to stretch your back out. This is one of the most overlooked things to do. Force yourself to get up and walk for 5 minutes every half hour to an hour. </p>
<p>When you do stand up remember to stretch the opposite way that you have been sitting. Place your hands on your lower back/hips and push your hips forward while your shoulders and head lean back. Hold that stretch while you sing the &#8216;Happy Birthday&#8217; song (quietly) a couple times. Don&#8217;t bounce when you stretch. Just hold it, breathing normally, and then return to your upright and straight position. While you are standing, walk around using good posture. This is key when learning how to relieve pain in lower back.</p>
<p>What you will find when you want to know how to relieve pain in lower back is that most of the pains that we have in our backs come from a lack of good posture. Don&#8217;t slouch forward. Put your chest slightly forward and your shoulders slightly back. Your goal is to have your back curved inward instead of outward. Whether you are sitting or standing or lying down, it should look almost like there is a ball pressing against your back pushing the middle of your spine forward. </p>
<p>When you return from a little 5 minute walk, sit back down using that good posture. You will probably find it handy to have something behind your back to help it have the right form. You need to have something about the size of a rolled up fluffy towel behind your back. If you don&#8217;t have immediate access to that or a small pillow or a piece of foam, use a few magazines or a couple of big newspapers rolled up. </p>
<p>As you are sitting have your hips as far back in the seat as they can go and your shoulders leaning more towards the back of the chair. Pull your keyboard closer to you if you are at a computer and have the monitor raised a bit so that your head stays somewhat level and you aren&#8217;t tempted to roll your back forward and slouch. If you are using a laptop, get an external keyboard.</p>
<p>Not only will they work, they can be done with little to no cost on treatment and pain medication. These things are essential if you are serious about wanting to know how to relieve pain in lower back.</p>

<p>Detoxing can be a shock to your body.  All the toxins and heavy metals that are hanging around are suddenly dredged up in purged from the body.  This can cause all kinds of weird side effects and, depending on your level of toxicity, it can make you feel quite ill.</p>
<p>When it comes to safely detoxing, fasting is a much debated subject.  Many people say that fasting will help knock the toxins out of your body quicker, but the other side of the coin is that you are cleansing organs like the liver can easily become overwhelmed with the amount of toxins that are now being flushed out.  This is particularly true if you haven&#8217;t done any detoxification before and all the toxins that are then stored in your body for years or even decades now come rushing out to be purged.</p>
<p>In order to follow a safe detox diet, moderation may be the key.  First of all you want to make sure that you are eating properly &#8211; no processed foods and try to stick to only organic foods when possible.  Eating plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables is important. Garlic, onions, broccoli and kale can all be important vegetables to start eating a lot of just before your detox diet.</p>
<p>Fruits can help you detox too, but they are full of sugar so you want to stick with eating them in the morning and make sure that you eat fruits by themselves and not with any other types of food.</p>
<p>While you should get plenty of vegetables and at every meal, you also want to drink lots of water and make sure you take some herbs that support detoxification and are healthy for your liver, lungs and kidneys.  </p>
<p>Two of the best detoxifying herbs are dandelion and milk thistle.  Other herbs you might consider include parsley, turmeric, chamomile, marshmallow, slippery elm, goldenseal and ginger.  Your liver and other organs also need important amino acids and protein in order to function so make sure to eat some lean organic protein at each meal as well.  Including some nuts and vitamin supplements will help round out any of the vitamins and minerals you might be missing.</p>
<p>Following a safe detox diet is really a matter of eating healthy and trying to avoid foods that you know are loaded with toxins or foods that have low nutritional value. <p>What is Rosacea? It is a skin condition that is often mistaken for acne as it can produce similar symptoms such as redness or pimples. Nobody knows what causes Rosacea but there appears to be a strong genetic link. </p>
<p>The characteristic redness on the nose, cheeks and foreheads can be difficult to cover up. It is important to treat Rosacea as your eyes can become irritated and appear bloodshot.  There is a condition called rhinophyma which often accompanies Rosacea.  The nose may become swollen and enlarged from excess tissue.</p>
<p>Rosacea doesn&#8217;t just appear overnight  the condition tends to develop gradually over time and usually doesn&#8217;t affect someone until they are over 30. It takes a lot of work for your body to flush out these toxins and as you get older and more and more build up in your body it simply just can&#8217;t keep up.  The result is that you become lacking in energy and are more susceptible to illness and disease.</p>
<p>While you can&#8217;t do anything to escape the toxins in your environment, you can do something to help your body cleanse itself of them.  When thinking about detoxifying your body, you want to think about 4 areas that all need to be detoxed roughly at about the same time in order to get most of the toxins out.  This includes the liver, skin the kidneys and the colon.</p>
